Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure that our customers clearly understand how our services work, as well as their rights and responsibilities. Some key provisions that are typically included in our terms and conditions for security services may include the following:

Payments Terms:  We require 50% of payments to be made before services are rendered. This policy ensures that our clients receive prompt attention and that we can provide quality services without any hindrances. Moreover, we accept various payment methods, such as online transfers, credit cards, and checks, for your convenience

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is straightforward to understand. If you need to cancel any of our services, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request and reschedule the service for a later date that works for you.

However, we may charge a cancellation fee if you fail to provide us with 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for the service and ensures that we can continue providing high-quality services to all our clients.

Liability: One crucial aspect of our terms and conditions is liability. We take responsibility for any damages caused by our personnel while on duty, ensuring that you are protected from any financial losses resulting from their actions. At the same time, we require clients to provide a safe working environment for our security staff and not hold us liable for any injuries they may sustain due to hazards beyond our control.

Confidentiality: We take confidentiality seriously, and our terms and conditions emphasize the importance of protecting sensitive information.

Termination Procedures: Our termination procedures begin with a written notice from the client outlining their intention to terminate the contract. Upon receipt of this notice, we will schedule a meeting with the client to discuss any outstanding issues or concerns they may have regarding the termination process.
